80th Annual AVTRW Conference

Tickets for the 80th AVTRW annual conference can be purchased below, please note that attendees must be members of the AVTRW.

Tickets admit delegates to both days of the conference and include lunch and refreshments on both days.

This year the conference dinner is generously sponsored by the Royal Veterinary College. Please confirm you would like to attend by adding a dinner ticket to your order.

Do I need to be a member to attend the conference
Yes, the AVTRW conference is only open to members. You can register for membership by clicking on the 'become a member' button on our website.
Is accommodation included? 
  • No, accommodation is not included in the ticket price. There are several accommodation options near the conference venue.
Is the confernce dinner free?
This year, the conference dinner is generously sponsored by the RVC and is free to attendees. To aid with organisation, please add a (FOC) dinner ticket to your order when purchasing a conference ticket to confirm your intention to join us.
