79th Annual AVTRW Conference

Tickets for the 79th AVTRW annual conference and the conference dinner can be purchased below, please note that attendees must be members of the AVTRW. Discounted early bird tickets are no longer available but full price tickets can still be purchased until September 2nd 2025.

Tickets admit delegates to both days of the conference and include lunch and refreshments on both days.

The conference dinner is subsidised by the AVTRW to encourage attendance and facilitate networking.

Do I need to be a member to attend the conference
Yes, the AVTRW conference is only open to members. You can register for membership by clicking on the register button of our website.
Is accommodation included? 
  • No, accommodation is not included in the ticket price. There are several accommodation options near the conference venue.
Is the dinner only £20? 
To encourage attendance and facilitate networking, the AVTRW subsidises the conference dinner so that tickets are a set fee of £20. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you purchase your tickets.
